Channeling is the path of the open heart.

Channeling is a beautiful healing art form and a type of vibrational healing.

In a channeling session with me, you receive messages of love from the Divine realm and you viscerally experience what it’s like to connect with high vibrational beings of Light. This experience will take you to another space and dimension of energy and of being.

My intention for each channeling is to bring through the highest vibration of energy and purest Light from the Divine realm so that you can experience and feel the unconditional Love of the Divine Heart.

A channeling with me is an experience of Divine Love.

I will start with a centering prayer and an intention that we together are surrounded by 100,000 angels. I will guide you to drop into your heart and simply relax and receive the Divine Light and Love.

My guide Orion will lift my frequency. I will invite the Light Being of your choice to come in, and then a message of love for you will start flowing through from Spirit. Spirit witnesses the beauty of you and fills your heart with Divine Love, helping you to see, feel and connect with your true self, your essence, your worth, and your light.

You will have the opportunity to choose beforehand the Celestial Light Being you’d like to connect with. It can be an angel, an ascended master, a star being, or a passed over loved one — whoever you feel called to have this experience with. You may also choose to receive a message from an animal or nature spirit, Mother Gaia, the moon, really any living being. Or you can ask for the highest, most loving, and best Spirit Guide in the moment and for the intention you have to come through and perhaps experience the surprise and delight of meeting a new Spirit Guide of yours!

After the Spirit has delivered its message of love to you, they will ask you if you have any questions. Their answers come from the view of Spirit, from the lens of Love. They will help you to expand yourself and see your life, your circumstances, your situation, and yourself from the eyes of your spirit. They will often encourage you to perceive from a completely different place than from the filtered lens that you are used to seeing through. They will present information to you from a more expansive view, from higher dimensions of Light. And they will deliver the information you need to hear.

When the energy transmission starts coming through you will be elevated to a higher frequency. Many people can feel or sense the higher consciousness energy. For everyone the experience will be different. You will have the experience that your spirit is ready for. These are some of the experiences that people have reported to me:

• A feeling of deep peace, stillness and gentleness
• Their mind quieting, becoming emptier, and easily falling into a meditative state
• Feeling uplifted and loved immensely
• Feeling seen and witnessed for who they authentically are
• Feeling like they are in a trance state – going to an energetic space of pure wellbeing and peace
• Not feeling their physical pains or ailments during the channeling, and some not feeling their physical body at all
• Falling asleep or a feeling that they “went somewhere” during the channeling
• Some have felt a heart opening and a heart chakra clearing and activation
• A shift of energy and a release of fear related to an issue in their life

• Seeing colours or light
• An activation of the third eye, crown or ear chakras
• A variety of physical sensations (either subtle or visceral): vibrating feeling in their body, feeling warmer or cooler, gentle pulsating feelings or light pulling in areas of their body
• Coughing, sneezing, watering eyes

Experiences of healing can happen on any level of your being – physical, emotional, mental, energetic or spiritual. It’s best not to have an expectation of the result, but simply to have an intention, then to relax, be receptive and in a state of simply “being”.  And enjoy the experience!

Allow your spirit and the higher Divine intelligence to direct the healing and the experience for your highest good. And be very present with the energies, however you sense them. Sometimes it’s very subtle and sometimes it’s very palpable and physically noticeable. The energy that is transmitted is profound and is healing in ways that you will not even be fully conscious of.

Your willingness to receive, to be open in heart and mind, and to grow and expand is all that is asked of you by Spirit. Simply be open for healing Light and transmissions of Love to move through you! It is an exquisite experience of beauty and grace.

Even if you fall asleep or you go to a place where you don’t hear the spoken words, do not worry about that. That is simply the experience you are meant to have – remember that your spirit is guiding the process! It may be how your body and being are integrating the high frequency energy coming through.

In these states of sleep or trance, you are in a place of less resistance where you are actually very open and receptive, which makes it easier for the Divine energy to flow in and work its magic in you!
